Boondi Laddoo Recipe | Festival Special

Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Boondi Ladoo recipe at home.



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Besan 
3/4 cup sugar
Water 
1/4 tsp of Baking Soda
a little orange color less than 1/4 tsp
raisins & cashew nuts few
2 Elachi (or) 1/4 tsp of Elachi Powder

Boondi Ladoo Recipe Making Procedure

Sugar sirup:

Pour sugar and water in a vessel and stir until it becomes a little thick. (Take a little amount of sugar syrup and place in a water bowl if the mixture do not touch bottom and is dissolving in water means you must need to cook for 3 more minutes or else If the mixture touches the bottom of the bowl and ready to remove with a finger then u got the right one) then switch of the stove and add elachi in it. In a pan fry raisins and cashew nuts until it becomes brown.

Making Boondhi:

Prepare batter by mixing besan ,yellow color and baking soda with water. Make sure that batter thick.

Now heat oil, pour the batter through a thick sieve and when slightly colored.

Remove and add into the sugar sirup and also add fried raisins and cashews nut and make it in the form of laddu and serve............
