Paramannamu - Sweet Rice | Festival Special



Ingredients:
250 g - rice
1/2 cup - cashew nuts
1/4 cup - milk
2 lemon size - jaggery
2 - elaichi
Preparation :
  1. Cook the rice as usual.
  2. When the rice is about to be finished, add milk and jaggery.
  3. Cook on a low flame.
  4. Fry cashewnuts till light brown. Powder cardamom.
  5. Once the jaggery has melted and the rice is done, add cashews and powdered cardamom and mix well. Serve.
