Boppai Halwa | Festival Special
Ingredients:
2 cups - ripe boppai gratings
2 cups - ghee
1 cup - sugar
50 g - kaju
50 g - kishmis
2 tsp - elachi powder
a pinch - saffron colour

Preparation :
- Cook boppai gratings with sugar and some water.
- While boiling, add saffron and ghee.
- Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add cardamom powder and raisins.
- Pour on a greased plate.
- Cut into small pieces and garnish with cashew.
