Chapala Vepudu (Fry) | Fish Fry | Non Veg Cooking


Ingredients:
  1.  Fish
For the masala
  1. 1 tsp salt
  2. 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  3. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp rice flour
  5. 1 tsp corn flour
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp lemon juice
For the main preparation:
  1. 1 tbsp refined oil
  2. curry leaves to taste
  3. 1 tsp green chillies
  4. 2 tsp chopped onions
  5. 1/4tsp coriander powder
  6. 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2tsp lime juice
Recipe Procedure:
  1. For the masala, mix salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and lemon juice together.
  2. For the main preparation, clean the fish and slice it into 3 pieces. Marinate the fish with the masala and leave for about 45 minutes
  3. Now deep fry the fish for about a minute and keep it aside. Heat oil in pan. Add curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onions.
  4. Saut?ill the onions become translucent. Then add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder lime juice and the prepared fish. Toss the fish for sometime.
  5. Chapla Vepudu is ready to eat. Serve hot.
